Award categories include: Best Office Deal of the Year (Lease and Sale), Best Industrial Deal of the Year (Lease and Sale), Best Land Deal of the Year, Best Developer of the Year, Best Brokerage Firm of the Year- National, Best Brokerage Firm of the Year - Regional, Best General Contractor of the Year, Best Architecture Firm of the Year, Best Engineering Firm of the Year, Best Law Firm of the Year, Best Construction Project of the Year (over 50k sqf) and Best Construction Project of the Year (under 50k sqf).
