President's Message
Welcome to the NAIOP Tampa Bay Web-site. This site has been developed as a resource to help our local chapter members stay informed and involved in NAIOP Tampa bay activities. We invite your ideas and suggestions to make the site even more useful to our members.
NAIOP Tampa Bay is part of 15,000+ member organization representing the voice of Commercial Real Estate. When you join NAIOP Tampa Bay, you become part of NAIOP of Florida and NAIOP Corporate. Your interests are represented at the local, state and national level.
NAIOP provides networking, education, information resources and a strong and vocal legislative presence at all levels.
NAIOP Corporate provides communication, networking and business opportunities for all real estate related professionals. They effectively promote effective public policy, through their grassroots network, to create, protect and enhance property values. NAIOP members are the principal players who shape the industry.
NAIOP of Florida works at the state level through their lobbyist to identify regulatory and legislative issues that are of concern to Commercial Real Estate. They provide information to legislators to help them make informed decisions and to better understand the part our industry plays in providing economic support within our communities.
NAIOP Tampa Bay members are encouraged to get involved at the local, state and national level. The annual Development Conference hosted by NAIOP Corporate is both educational and a networking opportunity. Each year both NAIOP of Florida and NAIOP Corporate take the time to visit our elected leadership in Tallahassee and Washington DC. Members are encouraged to visit with their local representatives during these visits and in their district offices.
