Downtown Tampa: The Whole Story
A Multi-Modal Tour

Join NAIOP and Tampa Bay's top development professionals and office brokers for a tour of Downtown Tampa. Downtown Tampa boasts 18 high-rise office buildings with 8.8 million sf of office space. Over the last five years, Downtown Tampa has had more than $1 billion in completed development with an additional $150 million still under construction and several proposed projects in the pipeline.

During the tour, you will have the opportunity to visit some of Tampa's premier office buildings, learn about planned development, experience downtown via golf carts, trolley, bicycle and/or on foot. Exciting giveaways and raffles will be offered at most stops! Finally, we will conclude with a reception aboard the Pirate Water Taxis and a tour of Channelside by boat.

We are meeting at SunTrust Financial Centre, 401 E. Jackson Street, Tampa 33602. You will be emailed a parking assignment in the SunTrust garage or Ft. Brooke parking garage after you register.

Registration - 10:30 a.m.

First Tour at 10:45 a.m.

Reception begins at 3:45 p.m.

Your registration includes lunch, all transportation fees and post tour reception.
